This tool was initially planned to include many additional features, but I am now sharing it for free because I am unable to continue working on it any longer.
I know that there are other applications that work with alchemy rates, but some people are not sure where to apply the changes generated by these applications. Therefore, this tool directly modifies the database and specifically targets commonly used items on the server.
